*Fromuth Tennis accepts returns ONLY for manufacturing defects, late shipment, or other legitimate reasons.  We can not accept returns of items because they did not sell in your shop.

* All items must be purchased from Fromuth Tennis and returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase.

* All items returned for credit/exchange must be in new resalable condition and in the original packaging with original tags.

* Items returned for warranty replacement can be exchanged or a replacement can be sent. Fromuth does not issue credit for defective merchandise.

* Please allow 4-6 weeks for all items sent to the manufacturer for their evaluation. All other returns will be completed upon arrival.

* The customer pays shipping costs to Fromuth unless we made an error with your order or the merchandise you received was damaged.

* 10% restocking charge will apply to all saleable items returned for credit.
Fromuth reserves the right to refuse any and all items, which do not meet the above terms and conditions.
